i5-3570K @ 4.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX11.nVidia GTX760 (2GB) (Driver 335.23). IP and Names didn't work. yeah, I had tried completely turning off my firewall and testing it and that did not work before.

Now Backburner manager should start using an ipv4 address.
